I agree to pay the security deposit of $400 to make my reservation and recognize that additional security deposit may need to be payed if I am renting more than one bike. The customer authorizes AlpMX L3C to charge the credit card on file for any remaining payments due under this rental agreement, as well as for any costs related to damage, loss, or theft of the rented machine(s) or equipment. If such costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the customer agrees that their card may be charged the difference without further authorization. Additionally, I agree that I may be charged additional funds for not making my appointment time.
