ABOUT ALPMX

Built By Riders, For Riders

We're a Southern Utah crew on a simple mission: get more people on great bikes, on great trails, safely and happily.

It started in a college apartment.

Our story

Hi, I'm Tawson, owner of AlpMX Adventures. I started AlpMX a few years ago as a university student looking for a way to make a couple extra bucks.

It was two bikes — a Suzuki RM-Z250 and a 2023 Yamaha WR250F — rented out of my apartment in Provo. What I didn't expect was how many people had never ridden before, and how badly they wanted to. Friends brought friends. Strangers texted asking if a bike was free on Saturday. Somewhere in there it stopped being a side hustle and turned into the thing I actually wanted to do.

Two bikes became a few more. Today we're based in Apple Valley, ten minutes from some of the best desert riding in the country and a short drive from Zion. We added a trailer, then gear, then bikes for every size and skill level — because someone who's never thrown a leg over a dirt bike deserves as good a day as the rider who's been at it for twenty years.

That's still the whole idea. We're not a big rental chain and we're not trying to be. We ride these trails ourselves every week, we know which one fits the day you're after, and when you call, you get me or someone on our crew — not a call center.

Come ride with us.

What We Stand For

Trail Knowledge

We ride here every week. We know which trails fit your skill level — and which ones to save for next time.

Machines That Work

Every bike is inspected after every ride. Chains, tires, brakes, fluids — all checked before it's yours.

Real Customer Care

A real person answers the phone. If something happens out on the trail, we're close and we'll come help.

Your Guides

Friendly, experienced, and genuinely stoked to get you riding. Our crew handles the gear, the briefing, and the trail advice so you can focus on the fun.
