Booking with AlpMX Adventures only takes a few minutes. Choose your dates, pick what you'd like to rent (choose from Dirt Bikes, E-Moto, Riding Gear, Narrows/Hiking Gear and SUP and more), add any extras and check out online. You'll see your total before you pay.

You pay for your rental online when you book. Your total, including any add-ons, is shown before you pay.

Some of our gear needs a refundable security deposit, from $10 to $400 per item, depending on what you rent. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

A deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge. The hold is placed 1 day before pickup. It's released 7 days after you return your rental. If your rental is long enough that the hold would expire, we refresh it automatically.

Nothing is taken from it unless there's something to settle after your rental, such as damage or unpaid fees.

Plans change. Here's how cancellations work at AlpMX Adventures:

• Cancel 168 hours or more before pickup: 75% refunded.
• Cancel 72 to 168 hours before pickup: 50% refunded.
• Cancel 24 to 72 hours before pickup: 25% refunded.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before pickup: no refund.

75% refund more than 7 days out, 50% at 3-7 days, 25% at 1-3 days, none under 24 hours or no-show. If the shop cancels for weather or unsafe conditions, the customer chooses a 90% refund or a free reschedule.

Pickup and return need to fall within our opening hours:

• Washington: Mon-Sun 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Gooseberry: Mon-Sun 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

You choose your times when you book.

Yes, for select items. Delivery is $1 per mile, and the first 2.5 miles are free.

You'll enter your delivery address at checkout and see the exact fee before you pay.

Yes. Renters sign a short rental agreement (a waiver) digitally, from a phone or computer. We'll guide you through it when you book, or send you a link to sign before pickup.
