Before You Visit

Easy Parking

Customer parking is right out front. Bringing a trailer? There's room around back.

Arrive 15 Early

Show up 15 minutes before your window so gear fitting and the briefing don't cut into trail time.

What to Bring

Driver's license, a card for the deposit, closed-toe shoes, and water. We provide the rest.

Skip the Wait — Reserve Online

Booking takes about a minute, and it locks in your bikes.

Finding Us in Apple Valley, Utah

1752 W Plains Dr, Apple Valley, UT 84737 — open 8am to 7pm, seven days a week.

Our shop is at 1752 W Plains Dr, Apple Valley, UT 84737. We are open 8am to 7pm every day, and you can reach us on (385) 236-8086 or at ride.alpmx@gmail.com. Apple Valley sits south east of Hurricane, which puts us close to the trails and a short drive from Zion.

How far away are you?

Roughly twelve miles from Hurricane, under thirty from St. George, and about thirty-five from Springdale and the south entrance to Zion National Park. From Las Vegas allow around two and a half hours, and from Salt Lake City closer to four and a half. If you are coming off I-15, navigate straight to the address above rather than to Apple Valley generally — the map on this page will take you to the door.

Collecting your rental

Most people collect the evening before an early start, which we would recommend if you are heading to Zion or driving out to a trailhead at first light. Bring photo ID and the card you booked with. If you are picking up bikes on a trailer, there is room to turn around, but tell us in advance so we have the trailer ready rather than parked in.

Riding straight from the shop

The desert two-track around Apple Valley starts close enough that you can ride from here, which is why the electric bikes are popular for a relaxed first outing. For Sand Hollow, Warner Valley or Gooseberry Mesa you will want to tow — we rent a trailer if you do not have one.

If you are planning a group

Call rather than email. A two-minute conversation about how many riders you have, how experienced they are, and what you want out of the day will get you a better set of bikes than a booking form will. We can hold a group across several machines on one reservation.

Questions before you book?

The quickest answers are usually on our FAQ page, and each rental page has its own questions section covering bikes, Narrows gear and paddle boards. If what you need is not there, phone is faster than the form — we are a small crew and we are often out in the yard rather than at a desk.
